ORDER TO FIRST RUN

Four steps from
specification to start-up.

01 / FIT

Product & material

Settle the feedstock and shape, then decide what the trial needs to show.

02 / SPECIFY

Machine configuration

Confirm mould, power supply, scope of supply and commercial terms in writing.

03 / CHECK

Factory review

Ask to see the machine being prepared, and agree on the test or inspection records you need.

04 / START

Installation & first run

Plan site requirements, operator preparation and the first production check with the supplier.

WHAT TO REVIEW BEFORE DISPATCH

Ask for records
tied to your order.

These are useful items to agree with the supplier when placing an order. The exact checks and documents belong in your quotation and acceptance plan.

Machine identity

Confirm the machine, mould, power supply and included accessories against the signed configuration.

Factory trial

Agree which material, mould, run duration, settings and samples should be recorded before dispatch.

Packing and shipment

Ask for photos of the identified machine, packing method and shipment documents before it leaves the factory.

First run at your site

Prepare utilities, operator training and the first product check with your own material.

THE NEXT STEP

Send us your product and site details.

Tell us where the machine will run, which material you're using and what you want to make. We can then discuss the configuration and order plan.
